Sweet Hack (“Service”, “SWEET HACK”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects information from you to provide better service and better user experience. Your privacy is a top priority to us, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
SUMMARY
We process your profile data (name, phone number etc.) and information about your device, IP address and location to provide, improve, analyze and personalize the Services for You. We have enhanced our privacy center to provide you with more ability to access and control your data. Subject always to obtaining your prior consent, we may: provide your information to third parties (such as Google and advertising networks) to serve more relevant advertisements or special offers and promotions to you. We do not store or share any personal information of contacts from your address book or provide reverse number lookup of contacts from your address book.

Cookies are very important. Websites use them mainly to check the status of user’s orders on their website. They do not identify users, only their computers. These cookies allow us to manage the state of the order and can provide special offers to the customers. SWEET HACK may use cloud-based services and subcontract storage or processing of your information to third parties located in countries other than your home country to provide the Services, including e.g. the INDIA. Information collected within India may, for example, be transferred to and processed in a country outside of India, which may not provide the same level of protection for personal data as within India. We adopted a legal mechanism for the international transfer of data to a third party located in a country outside India. We take all reasonable precautions to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access. SWEET HACK has implemented physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information, including that the information if we collect will be stored on secured servers and protected by secured networks to which access is limited to a few authorized employees and personnel. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
What information we use and how we use it:
1. Approximate location (network-based)
This permission allows SWEET HACK to identify and display your location on map or apps installed by anonymous surrounding users and to recommend popular apps based on users’ location. This information is untraceable.
2. Read your contacts
SWEET HACK does not save or upload your contacts.
3. Read calendar events plus confidential information
We do not save or upload any of your calendar information.
4. Find accounts on the devices
SWEET HACK does not recognize or save your account information for any programs. SWEET HACK only detects whether users have a Google account linked with the device which helps us confirm the state of Google Service and provide users with appropriate application download and update methods.
5. Read Google service configuration
This information is used to acquire advertising ID. SWEET HACK provides users with better advertising service by using such anonymous ID.
6. Change network connectivity
This permission is used in SWEET HACK settings and notification toolbar, to change/check network connectivity.
7. Connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi
This permission is used in SWEET HACK settings and notification toolbar to connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi.
8. Full network access
This permission is used to access the device’s network for certain functions including receiving update notifications or accessing app classification labels.
9. View network connections
This permission is used in SWEET HACK settings and notification toolbar, to view network connections.
10. View Wi-Fi connections
This permission is used in SWEET HACK settings and notification toolbar, to view Wi-Fi connections.
11. Read sync settings
This permission is used in SWEET HACK power’s save mode and allows SWEET HACK to recognize whether sync settings are turned on or off.
12. Toggle sync on and off
This permission is used in SWEET HACK power’s save mode and allows SWEET HACK to synchronize with the user’s sync settings.
13. Expand/collapse status bar
This permission is used for the gesture feature of SWEET HACK User System to expand and collapse the status bar.
14. Install shortcuts
This permission is used to install shortcuts on other launchers, so users can continue to use SWEET HACK related functions.
15. Measure app storage space
This permission is used to acquire the amount of storage space used by an application.
17. Read Home settings and shortcuts
This permission is used to acquire the user’s Home settings and shortcuts, to maintain user preferences.
18. Uninstall shortcuts
This permission allows SWEET HACK to delete the shortcuts created by SWEET HACK in other Android launchers.
19. How we protect your information
We have implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from accidental loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, please note that although we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no app, website, Internet transmission, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure.
20. How we share your information
We may retain third parties to perform services on our behalf and we may collaborate with third parties concerning particular products or services. These third parties may be provided with access to the information needed to perform their functions, as long as they agree to keep the information confidential. We reserve the right to disclose your information as required by law when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a regulatory requirement, judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our users, the public or SWEET HACK .
